Kalliste and woCom are working together on making Brandevoort special. Special for us, and special for you. We are proudly competing to be the best. As true pioneers, we are conquering Brandevoort. Together, we are building more than a thousand homes in this high-profile residential area. The construction project Pioniers of Reduit, located in De Veste, is the first proof of this.
About the name
For this particular project in De Veste, we have chosen the name Pioniers of Reduit. Pioneers, because this project is the first one that is being realized in the second phase of Brandevoort. And "Reduit", because this is a structural part of De Veste, where we are developing this project. Reduit stands for a safe and comfortable home in the form of an independent fortress.
A special variety of styles
Characteristic of the homes in Pioniers of Reduit is the great variety of styles. For this project, we are building a total of 42 ground-level, semi-detached one-family homes in various styles. Some houses offer extra spaces, for example to allow for working at home.
The homes being built include:- 16 exquisite manor houses located along the green Park Hertogsveld
- 23 spacious homes located on the Herenlaan, Koolstraat, and Rinckstraat
- 3 special gatehouses
Oceans of space within De Veste
Living in the Pioniers of Reduit means living in oceans of space. These homes have large private gardens, and are adjacent to a green courtyard. In this way, this area within De Veste offers relaxation and vitality at the same time.
Private parking
Each home has its own on-site parking spot. The homes along the Hertogsveld offer double private parking spots located under the home.
A new dimension
The development of the Pioniers of Reduit is achieved by working with a new dimension in the development of housing design. A group of 25 American students of Classical Architecture studied traditional Dutch architecture, and on that basis outlined various classical details in facades, dormers, windows, and masonry elements. They performed this research under the direction of Professors Samir Younés and Ettore Maria Mazzola. Their wonderful results are being used during the developing of the construction drawings by the renowned chief architects Rob Krier and Christoph Kohl of Berlin.
